We can’t speak for everyone, but most times when we see or hear stories of a big jackpot win — a huge Michigan online casino jackpot — we stop for just a moment.

But then, when you observe a story of two jackpot prizes being awarded through BetMGM Casino … on the same game … being paid out on the same day …
Well, such news doesn’t change your personal odds, of course. But the idea could make you think, anyway.
One day, two big BetMGM Casino jackpot wins
BetMGM Casino announced Thursday that it paid out a total of nearly $450,000 on two recent jackpot wins. Both came on Aug. 22, according to a release from the casino, and both were one of the company’s exclusive slot games.
Rounded to the nearest dollar, the separate wins were for $313,660 and $129,145 on MGM Grand Millions, which is developed in-house and only available on legal BetMGM platforms.
“We’re thrilled to pay out two more jackpots to our players in Michigan,” said Matthew Sunderland, BetMGM vice president of gaming, in the release. “BetMGM takes pride in providing players an opportunity to win life-changing prizes through our in-house networked progressive jackpot games, and we hope to continue setting jackpot records for our players across the country.”
BetMGM ruling the roost in Michigan
Since the beginning of the summer season, BetMGM has awarded nearly $2.5 million in jackpot prizes to Michigan players, according to the company.
In June, a BetMGM player won more than $250,000 earlier this month.
Overall, BetMGM led the 14 licensed Michigan online casino operators in July earnings, netting $33.8 million of online casino revenue in Michigan between the casino portion and BetMGM Poker. That haul was good for a 36.7% market share among a statewide total of $92.3 million.
